Answer phones to respond to customers reporting new losses or other customer service related calls. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
Answer incoming calls and direct the calls accordingly
Assist customers by directing the calls or completing the first notice of loss process
Obtain and input information relating to accidents for new claim creation
Enter claims received via mail, email for faxes into the AS400
Ensure accuracy of first notice of loss entry
Provide excellent customer service
Other tasks deemed appropriate
Computer literate with the ability to learn AS400 functions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional verbal communication skills.
Good telephone manner to enhance relationships with customers.
Job involves sitting, with structured time schedule, working in front of a computer screen.
